The goal of CBT is to help the client to explore their unhelpful thought and behavioural patterns and help them develop new, and more helpful, ways of thinking and behaving that promote the client's well-being even after therapy has ended. We would work collaboratively towards your goals in a focused, empathetic and practical manner.
